Sad news out of my home town of Calgary today. Guitarist for the noise-pop band WOMEN, Christopher Reimer, passed away in his sleep. The band has been on hiatus for over a year after releasing two critically acclaimed albums, 2008’s Women and 2010’s Public Strain.
No word yet on the cause for Reimer’s passing.
